Hi...i got my 05 v6 (premium, 5 spd, black w/red, every option except shaker 1000 and auto trans) at the end of June, and about a week and a half ago while visiting my parents my father backed up into my stang with his blazer in thier driveway damagaging the rear left wheel and the area around it....yesterday i get a call from the body shop saying that my car has been fixed except that they can't put on my new wheel because they can't find the wrench/key to unlock the wheel locking kits...my dealer definitely rushed through my delivery (i showed up as they were closing for the day) and i'm sure that he never gave it to me or pointed it out....i've searched everywhere, but before i call the dealer and demand that they give me one i was wondering if there was someplace that they usually are that i may have neglected to look...thanks.

Have you checked in the wheel well with the spare tire?

My dealer didn't put the locks on either. They were in my trunk with the key in a little plastic bag.

This problem comes up from time to time on other Mustang forums, too. Here's just one:
http://www.mach1registry.org/forums/showthread.php?t=20573&highlight=wheel+lock

Check your paperwork for a "LOCK I.D. CARD" with your key number. Makes it easier if you have it. Anyway, call your Ford dealer. No need to yell right away. Ask for help and you'll likely get it.

Let us know what happens.
