I got a 99 Cobra with a Vortech Blower and im experiencing fuel problems... i just bought 2 cobra fuel pumps, but the problem is that all i have is the fuel pumps.... I was wondering if any of you guys knew what else i needed and where i could find the parts... I live in Houston, Texas.
Im sure i will need a new baffle to accomodate the 2 pumps, but im unclear on what else i might need, please help me.

not sure what set up you are running or trying to run but I think your car only has 1 pump , you would need the whole assembly from an 03 cobra to make it work which i dont think you can buy seperately , I just installed the pump out of an 04 aviator in my car just had to take it from its assembly and put it into my assembly for it to work , it works great and holds great pressure , actually smoothed the car out alot too .....

Well if the tank is the same then the Cobra fuel pump should drop right in...you just won't be able to go below 1/4 tank of gas. Otherwise you have to buy the 03 Cobra tank also.

the cobra should have had 24 lb injectors stock and the vortech kits change them to 38s , injectors shouldnt be a problem if its a stock cobra with a vortech kit on it , unless you pieced together the blower and didnt change the injectors ...... 24s arent big enough ..... I think the aviator should give you enough fuel ....

one guy a saw with an 01 cobra similar setup as you put down 487 rwhp he went from the walbro to the aviator and was fine , he dropped to about 39 psi at redline 7K rpms but was going to talk to his tuner to see if they could adjust that in his tune , if I was at that HP level though I think the 03 cobra pump and tanks , (tanks off the 03 will already be baffled for the pump correctly) with a kenne bell boost a pump is what I would run , unless you just dont have the money ... in which case I have heard if you modify the tank a little the 03 cobras will drop in but dont go under 1/4 tank if you do it that way ....

He is selling both I believe. You should really talk to him...he gives better prices on Ford Parts than anyone I've ever seen. If you are looking at 500rwhp then you probably will need the 03 Cobra setup.
