HELP PLEASE

I have an 88 gt and about 2 months ago i blew a head gasket, so i decided to put new heads and intake on. It was rebuilt about a year ago, punched 30 over new cam and pistons and rods. Now i decided to finish it i got a set of world heads the bbk ssi intake, mass air conversion for 24#inj and new injectors has exhaust roller rockers, underdrive puleys. I got the granatelli mass air flow sensor for 24# inj and for cold air, i got a granetelli computer and wiring harness. I finally got it running, had some fuel leak isues i solved, some vacuum leaks i fixed. Now it idles rough and lacks power. It also starts to miss and fels like its shutting off. i have triple checked my wiring for the conversion, checked fuel pressure. new plugs wires cap and rotor. If anyone has any ideas i would appreciate any help i can get.
