Today I gutted the interior in my 92 hatchback. My plan is to run 1/0 to the hatch into a distro. For the power wire, where can I run the power wire through the firewall? I looked but I didn't see any unused grommets? If I should drill a new hole where should I drill it? For the speaker wire, I want to run speaker wire to each of the doors from the amp in the hatch. How can I route the wire from the hatch to the doors? Do I have to remove the dash?

With 1/0 wire, I usually drill a brand new hole, just remember to make it bigger then the wire and seal it up good after the wire is in place. Try to keep the power wire where it is easily managable - like not through the floorboard and not way up under the dash where you can't reach it.

When you run your speaker wire, make sure to keep it away from the power wire as much as possible. You may or may not need to take out your dash. The rear speakers are probably in the side panels by the back seat and the front speakers 'could' be in the door. If your speakers are in the dash, then you have to remove the entire dash to get to them. If they are in the doors, just remove the door panel and run the wires through the rubber connector seal between the door and the body. Rear wires shouldnt be too hard, you can hide them behind the panels.

Good advice, but in keeping audio signal away from power wire, I suggest running one down one side and the other on the complete other side. Run your head unit output wires with your speaker wires on one side of the car, amp power and amp turn-on, maybe even head unit ground down the other side of the car. I found a monster bolt behind and between the back seats and am running grounds for two (soon to be three) amps and head unit all to the same ground. A but more wire, but absolutely no noise. IMO Good luck.
