So here's the problem, I went over a speed bump the other day and now when I brake hard or brake down hill, pretty much anything that shifts weight to the front of the car I hear a scraping sound coming from under the front of the car. It almost sounds like it's near the tranny but I can't tell. Also when I go over bumps I hear something bouncing around in the back of the car. The mechanic I stopped at told me he thinks that my rotors are bad. I know that's not it. Also when I bounce on the car the check the springs I don't hear anything. could my tranny be lose and bumping into something? Please I need suggestions!!! Also there is nothing dragging.
