HELP! Timing Chain Install

I need help! Im trying to install a timing chain on a 2000 GT 4.6
Can someone please give a step by step or some direction?

This one just tells how to time the engine

This one is instructions on a 4.6 cam swap, whcih should include some info as far as removing and replacing the timing chain. Although it's for 96 to 98 cars, it is the same for yours.
