The EGR will not bolt back into the TF elbow, it seems blocked by the heater hard lines, what the heck am I doing wrong. In addition when I try to put the throttle body on the whole thing is lying way to low to even hook up my old intake pipes, what the heck? I think I will go take some pics, maybe someone will have an idea??? This is my DD, I need it to be working...HELP!

Yikes your heater lines go on the lower intake manifold they should not even be close to your EGR pipe.

Yes pics please. I'm not understanding how this could be so far off. The only problem I had was because I have 1 inch spacer on mine, I had to make a new EGR tube.

Yeah sorry for that confusion, the problem was the electrical connections on the top rear of the EGR plate where it attatches to the elbow, the very back was hitting the heater tubes, I realized the reason for that and fixed it, the problem now is that the EGR tube is bent in such a way that the elbow will not properly attatch to the upper, maybe I need a new one but this sucks....I will go take a pic and post it.

EDIT: On second though a pic is really useless, its just the stupid pipe is bent wrong, I think maybe was can get the adaptor on by just tightening the bolt which, for the bottom ones, will be quite a challenge

i broke my EGR tube when installing my cobra intake. so i just took it all out and blocked off the hole in the intake.

you can take apart the EGR and use something to hold the little metal plunger about 1/2 way in so that you dont get the check engine light.

if your interested i can give you more details on how to remove it

Be careful with that. I ended up stripping the threads on my header trying to make one fit. I wish a company would make some that fit with different intakes and spacers too.

I had my egr pipe cut and rewelded. Actually did it myself. Fits now. I also have a 3/8" spacer.
