When i first tried to take mine off, i thought they'd never
budge...

First, make sure you have the correct 12-point wrench,
raise the car and spin the shaft until the particular bolt
you want to remove is at the bottom, then lower the car
so the wheels touch the ground and the shaft won't spin.
Crawl under and give the wrench a quick wack with a heavy
hammer.

Hopefully they will catch and break loose, this worked
for me.

I posted this question a while ago. TORCH them for about 15-20 seconds then take a 12mm boxed end wrench and double it up with another wrench so its twice as long and they will break loose really quick and easy. I tried everything including an impact gun.

you can also stick the car in gear once you get the DS where you want it. breaker bar works, no?
Jrichker has stuck the breaker on, then used his leg against it. others have done the same, but lowered the car and let the weight of the car remove the bolts. scary for me, but i also use a 3/8" ratchet on mine.
