just wondering if anyone knows what kind of screw holds the running pony in the grille in place. I have a 97 cobra which i am trying to swap the pony for a snake, i can't get the pony off because i don't know what tool to use, i have already tried a hex and torx heads??

That is a tamper proof torx screw. You need to get tamper proof torx bits from the auto supply store. My set cost $20...

I was lazy and didn't feel like going to by a set of screws so I just put the dremel to work. But Kilgore is right...I was just too lazy to go drive to the store.

Yeah, it would be beneficial to buy a set of these. I used them quite a bit to take apart the dash and put the gauges faces in.
