Help with 04 convertable

I just got a 04 mustang convertable I noticed the drivers side window when the door is closed has a good half inch maybe full inch gap it looks like it's just not sitting in there right if the pics I include show up anyone know how I can fix this?

Hard to tell from pics, gap on the side or top of window...both?

Is this what happens when you roll the window up after the door is closed or does this happen when you close the door with the window, up?

When you open and close the door in a vert the window should drop down when the door is opened and go back up when it's closed. Try this on your passenger side.

I think I figured it out the window well the door and window where replaced with a coup so the glass is different shape and size
