I just sold my 88 LX and im getting ready to sell my 93 GT cause I was going to buy a lightning. I am having a hard time deciding if i should do it. Im starting to have second thoughts about selling it and just keeping it and put a super charger on it. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Decisions, decisions, decisions... Hard to give advise on something that is all a matter or personal preference.
I've got a 93GT that I've done the whole, build a motor, want more power, build another motor, want more power, build another motor, well you get it. So I did what any horsepower hungry mustang enthusiast would do...
I bought a terminator cobra.

The 93 GT with just a simple supercharger won't be near the fun as a lightning. But the lightnings are cool. Why not comprimise? Buy a 03-04 cobra. You've got the supercharged HP plus you've still got a mustang.
Ever get in the Miamisburg, OH area, stop by and I'll let you drive my very mildly modded 464hp cobra. Ever drive one and you'll definitly want one.

I've owned both and have to say If you don't have to sell the 93 don't! I have built and sold alot of mustangs. Some I'm glad are gone and others I wish I still had. Don't get me wrong my lightining was fun and gobs of torque ( had a kenne bell upgrade) but it is a truck no matter how ya slice it. My response is if your having second thoughts and you don't have to sell it to get the truck then dont. But putting a supercharger on your 93 is not going to replicate the absurd amount of torque the truck has.

I have also thought about a 03-04 cobra. Ive never driven one on the road just around the ford dealership i work at.I went threw all the motor building with my 88 LX. My 93 GT has only 66000 miles on it that is the part that makes it hard. I have driven a lightning before my friends dad has one with just exhaust on it and it moves out. Got any pics of your cobra?

The only reason I sold the 88 frist was it was just sitting in the garage plus the gt is a every day driver and the 88 wasnt it had no a/c or heat it was bare bones but fast I owned it for 7 years I had my fun time for some thing new Ive only had the gt for about a year now. Well see what happens.
