Help with fitting wheels on 02.

Folks: I can get a set of 2007 Mustang 5 spoke stock (like Billet) wheels with new Pirelli ZeroNero 235/55ZR17 tires at a good price. These wheels have a 45 mm offset. Can someone tell me if they would fit a 2002 Mustang V6 Convertible?

I do have 17" wheels from a '04 GT on there now but they have curb rash and the car needs tires.

I'm not positive but I think the '05+ wheels have a different backspace, and maybe even a different lug pattern. Maybe call somewhere like Tire Rack- I'm sure they know...

Backspacing is incorrect. They will be sucked in almost 3/4". you could use Max motorsports bolt-on spacers, but at over $100/pair, its gonna cost you more than $200 to mount these wheels up and IMHO spacers are not safe

Also, the tire size is incorrect as well. You would need to remove the tires and run the correct size 245/45/17 for an SN95
