This should help http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=703156 I know 100% they are the same you can order new bushings from 50restos.com or you can get them from autozone in the help section. While your replacing that side do the other side and save time..

steps.

1). remove seat bottom.
2). remove seat top 10mm socket.
3). remove that long piece of plastice that runs along right next to seat. (forgot its name)
4). remove panels.
5). remove the black panel, its held in by that black sticky stuff.
6). undo 3 8mm bolts to remove motor.
7). take apart motor.
8). to put all back together, repeat 7,6,5,4,3,2,1.

i think they're 3/8 or 1/4 inch (if they're the same as the bushings from the front window motor).

you can get teh bushings at Advance--in the HELP! sections... they're $8.
