hi all
I have just rebuilt the Holley 600 with vac secondaries (4160) because the car was missing a bit and I thought this may cure it .... the only thing it may cure is the sales of a lot more gas here in Spain. The car starts ... but then there is a whole buch of gas flowing out of the hole at the centre of the front airhorn ... kind of worrying really ... I wish I'd never bothered now. I had no book or anything to guide me through the rebuild, but just took the thing apart renewing all the stuff that I found in the kit ... made by AED.
What have I done wrong?? The float levels originally were set (by the screwed down distance of the original needle valves) quite a bit higher in the back than the front. I have wound them to the similar distances on the rebuild.
How do I start setting this up from scratch??
