help with shaker base...

Just got these pics of someone that says it's from either a Mustang or Torino base with 351W motor for a 1969....i need to know where does that shaker base come from! Anyone out there with that same set-up with the Windsor motor for 1969 Mach1...

is there a number stamped on the base, there should be one on the top lip.
