Help with T-5 identification

I have a T-5 that was supposed to be for an 89 mustang but was given a T-5 that had a different bearing retainer on it. I got these numbers off the tag on the tranny.

F4ZR 7003-DA REP-BF G1053
1352-246 59937

Can someone tell me where this tranny is from?
Also, I have a slip yolk that is fatter than the one on my 89 T-5, what year did Ford make the slip yolk fatter?

According to the chart, it is a T5 from a 94-95 Mustang. Compare the input shaft lenght to a 249 model (79-93 year) and note the difference.

Yup, a 94-95 tranny.

You can still use it in your fox, but you'll need to swap the input shaft and bearing retainer from a Fox T-5 over to it.
