help with tranny conversion!

T4M0 computer.
94-95. 5.0 bell housing.
94-95 5.0 t5 tranny (you can also use a 94-98 v6 t5).
94-95 5.0 t5 tranny harness.
94-94 5.0 block plate.
5.0 flywheel and clutch kit.
T5 exhaust hanger plate.
94-95 v6 or 5.0 clutch pedal assembly.
Upper and lower shifter boots.
Shifter (stock or aftermarket,your choice)
That's all I can remember at the moment.
You can reuse your driveshaft and tranny crossmember.
