I have a few questions really. Does anyone make a boss intake emblem and what is the best mass air meter for a stock 5.0 with bolt ons and and best cold air system.

Boss intake emblem... I'm not sure what you mean. Boss designs makes an intake cover that says 302 on it for the stock intake I think. As for the meter... Pro-M 80mm is a sure bet, and as for the CAI its best to make your own, especially if a different MAF is used as our cars are very particular to air flow reading in the MAF and a curve in front of it can cause all sorts of issues. I think Pro-M can calibrate it for a bend in front of it, but its cheaper to make your own.

how do you make your own and where did you get the pipe and what size pipe 3-4 inches?

you know where the intake says 5.0 H.O the plaque I am wondering if they make one that says BOSS instead.

Its been covered a lot here but basically go to lowes and get 2 3" rubber couplers and a short piece of 3" PVC pipe. Basically just tap a hole for the ACT and the oil fill neck vacuum port (if you wish). I made mine a straight shot so the filter was half in, half out of the engine bay. Some have made a 90* bend at the inner fender and put the MAF and filter in the inner fender. My current setup is like this as I now run a morpheous power pipe, but they are out of business now.
