I have a 1995 mustang gt. I found a good deal on a vortech s trim supercharger for a 1987-1993 mustang. Would this bolt up to my motor? If not, what modifications would I have to do?

You would need to get a whole 87-93 front accessory drive, brackets and all.

You could do this, but it would put the radiator really close to the front of the engine.

look on corral.net classifieds. you'd be surprised at how cheap vortechs for 94-95s go on there. personally i wouldn't want that headache of trying to swap the brackets around. the 94-95 kit is damn close to the rad as it is, let alone putting fox brackets on there.
