With a billetflow 4pc idler and 3.10 pulley, the belt is 75.5'' but bf page says must use 92mm idler??
am i going to use the 92mm on the bracket and just put the 100mm on a replacement for one of the other 3 to be changed?

i'm assuming this is a clearance issue as the larger pulleys (3.65/3.40) cant use the new bracket and the smaller 2.93/2.76 use the 100mm as the idler.
when i do the 2.76 i just swap over the 92mm and the 100mm and get to use the stock belt

Yes. The largest upper that can be coupled with a 100MM upper idler is a 2.93. Anything larger requires the idler to drop down to the 92MM.

Just swap the positions of the 92MM & 100MM pulleys based on which upper you're using.
