Tracy from SSOTN did an outstanding job of taking some INCREADIBLE photos this past weekend at the event my dad and I attended. Her pictures came out really well and I thought I'd share a few with you all.

Here's my dad's '91GT. This was his one and only pass as the clutch let go on the second pass. He ran a 11.84 at 117mph on this run, and that's with an NA 302.

Here's my buddy Mike's NA '01 GT convertible. This car has VERY few mods done. Off the top of my head he only has 4.30's, H pipe, cat back, timing adjuster, underdrive pulleys, and a pro-m optimizer and that's it! This bad boy ran an amazing 12.90 at 105mph!!!

Here is Eric (CHOPPEDLIVER) in his NA convertible. I "think" he went a 12.9 at 108mph if I'm not mistaken. Eric, if you see this thread please correct me if I'm wrong. He's a fellow PA 12 second NA 'vert owner! :nice:

Hope you enjoyed them! As soon as I either buy the hardware to do so or find a friend that can rip my runs off my mini DVD, I will put it up on here. There's definitely more left in the car after watching my launches, they sucked!

Hey look, I'm famous!
Yup, that was me spinning away. Look at that awesome weight transfer. :(
The best time slip I could manage on Sat was a 12.98 @ 108.73mph with a 2.03 60ft.

I did have one 1.7 60ft but missed 2nd

My best time slip ever was a 12.85 @ 104.66 with a 1.77 60ft. So with a good launch and Saturdays mph, I "would" have had a new best.

Had a blast even though I didn't lower my ET. I did increase my speed by over 4 MPH. It's a fast track for sure.

I will have the equipment for consistent 1.6 60fts by spring.

Very nice pictures. The person working the camera is an excellent photographer. Look at the 01 GT, see how the tires are wrinkled up...I love that. That's a sign of good camera work.

The very last picture is my new all-time favorite of your car. If it were cropped so just the car and the tire smoke were in it (no people), I think it would make it even better. I think I might do that and see how it comes out...

Your Dad's car looks like it's hooking up good!

SWEET!, Whats your dads car have? What do YOU have that lets you cut such nice 60's?

Kevin, here is the response I gave you in the other thread you asked in...

...I do run on the stock suspension. All of it is 100% as delivered by ford in 1995 except for Global West LCA's and subframe connectors. As soon as I get my videos up with sound you'll see what I mean.

Kevin, what is your setup, I can't remember?

That's it. Its all stock except for the LCA's and subframes. My dad's car has the following:
new 302 production block with stock rods, crank, and SPR pistons (for PTV clearance)
Holley systemax II kit ported by Ed Curtis
FTI custom cam
76mm C&L MAF
70mm TB
30lb injectors
255lph fuel pump
FMS ceramic shorty headers
off road bassani X pipe
borla mufflers w/ turndowns
ASP pulleys
autologic chip tuned by Kauffman motorsports
TKO trans with SFI scatter proof bell
4.30 gears
ford 31 spline T-lok differential
superior axles
S&W 8 point roll bar
PA racing tubular K member, coil overs, etc
factory 5 UCA & LCA's... they're JUNK
Bogart D10 drag wheels w/ 26x10.5x15 ET streets

That's about it. It ran a 14.6 at 94mph stock, 12.6 at 107 with the box stock holley kit and holley cam, and now a 11.84 at 117mph with a horrid 1.72 60'. The compression is VERY low in this car, we think we screwed up and got the wrong pistons. We have WAY too much PTV clearance for the cam that is in there and a compression test only yeilded 135psi/cylinder. :nonono: The plan is to rip the heads off and double check the compression ratio and if need be mill the heads.

Everyone else... THANKS! Tracy did an outstanding job with the pics. I really appreciated her standing out in the freezing cold all day photographing all of us that raced.

Eric- No, those old ET streets still have a lot of tread left in them, but they are getting hard in their old age. I just don't have money for new ones. Ideally I'd love to get a set of matching bogart wheels for the rear with a new set of ET streets, but that would cost close to $1000 and I'm not spending that kind of money on that for all the more I race now.

Troy, you know ford equipped the mustang with windshield wipers for a reason... and that paint on your hood isn't water based is it??? Maybe that's why you were afraid to drive it down in the rain. J/K! :owned: :rlaugh:

Joe- dad only had a 1.72 60' on that 11.8 run... just think what it'd have been if it was a 1.60 or better. :jaw:

Jake, I LOVE the skinny look on my car, I just wish I could afford a set of wheels for the rear!!!

Hey, sorry I didnt see your other post. My combo:

Vortech V1 S-trim @ 10-11#'s of boost
AFM PowerPipe
75 mm Pro-m MAF
70mm Pro Products TB
36# FRPP Injectors
255# GSS340 Walboro Fuel Pump
Kirban AFPR
3.73s
Cobra Intake Manifold
Nitto 555r's
MAC Longtube Headers
UPR off road x-pipe
Flowmaster 3chamber catback
UPR Blu Thunder Shifter
MSD 6btm
FMS 9mm wires
Eibach Pro Kit
UPR subframes
UPR C/C plates

I copied that from my cardomain page and im not sure if I left anything out yet. I have the stock engine except the intake, and stock tranny/rear. The best 60' I have cut with this new combo is a 1.89 but I have only been to the track 2x.
My tranny is making all kind of funny noises so I think im going to replace that and then slightly build up my rear end(maybe 3.55;s and a auburn locker) and try to cut some 60's like you.

That's cool Kevin! You have a lot of potential left in your combo with a better 60'. Just look at JR's!

Here's a pic of my wife and I doing a little partying the night before the race! We had a BLAST!!!
