I have a 2003 Mustang GT with around 163K miles.. I know thats a lot. I dont want to get rid of it as it cost me nothing to sit in my garage, I'm looking to do a rebuild kit on it. Whats the best one for my buck when it comes to just bringing the tired engine back to life?

have you assessed the condition of the engine? Compression and a leak down test, does it smoke?
