Well my mother finally pulled the plug on the internet at home because my brothers grades were failing etc.. that was about 3-4 months ago...i dunno I didnt count. I finally got it back today! Anywho, I have been busy.... I did rebuild my engine, Mexican 302 .40 new cast flat tops, comp 268H, heads are the same, intake still the same and carb, runs alot better, I did get my tranny rebuilt also, with a 67 valve body soo my tranny isnt the retarded green dot anymore. Soo yea all went in smooth, my new starter wouldnt disengage all the way and frightened me into thinking my new engine was toast. I added a spacer and all gone. The power increase is definetly there, the tranny shifts really, really hard. I have the vacumm line for the tranny at full time vacumm, with the vacumm that comes on only when the engine is past a idle the tranny shifts really fast and doesnt really feel right, but it also doesnt feel perfect with full time either. What else? When driving the car, the car makes a very fast noise similiar to a card hitting a bycycles spoke....any ideas? Anything new around here? Im sure there is more to tell, ill try to get some pics later......
