HIDs installed (pics)

That's actually a pretty damn good cutoff line for a HID kit in an OEM halogen headlight. When i had HID's mine had a different shape to the light with two hot spots in the center above the cutoff line

However, to really tell you need to back off about 75-100 feet, aim at a black wall and take another shot like that. It will give you a better impression of how the light shines at other people. Pointing it at a wall 4 feet away doesn't really show it well.

i got the HID kit from v_eight for $165 and $12 for the stealth turn signals.

BTW i took it on a test drive tonight and all i can say is WOW!! i actually had a car that was in front of me pull off the side of the road and wait for me to pass. i had to angle the lights up b/c i never adjusted the clear cornered ones when i got them. the first test frive i could barely see 15 feet in front of me. after the adjustment i can see VERY far down the road.

i snapped a few nighttime pics. they arent great but you can get the idea. the light is much cleaner than the pics show.

any suggestions on how to make my tag lights match? didnt someone use wide angle LEDs? this just throws off the whole car.

I would have slowed down to a snails pace, threw a penny at your windsheild, then let you pass....then I would have gotten behind you with my highbeams on. No offense but having headlights that blind people sucks. I hate pickups with there retarded ass lifts that shine in my window. My two cents.

i did angle them again and they are a lot better now. i only get flashed by about one out of every 20 cars.:p
