There is still the possibility that the cops will pull you over and check under your car. Plus, I dont know if California does this, but here in Colorado we have emissions testing vans parked all over the place. They can test your car as you drive by, snap a photo of your plate, and mail you a ticket if you dont meet emissions.
YEh California isnt that bad! There are lawsuit happy people everywere, that van would last one week LOL, I mean if the cop wants to be a D**K he can, as can any law enforcment. But im in the army and almost always throw the Iraq card out there and get off ! LOL.

LOL Thank you very much ! I just orderd the Prochamber and I got my Mid mufflers .. so this combo should sound nice ! iVE SEARCHED ALL over but found no one with it ! I cant wait !
...I was wondering if anyone has ended up going with the high flows on a stock h-pipe because I'm considering doing the same thing with mine. Performance isn't my main concern right now as much as just waking the sound up a little more. I've heard you get a nice volume and rumble increase without it getting too sloppy and sounding like a truck, no CEL, I won't have to switch it back out for annual emissions testing, and not nearly as much of the raw fuel smell. Also, does anyone know if the pypes kit is slip fit or would it need to be welded on?

Most universal "high flow" cats are only 49 states and Canada legal. Meaning they're not legal for use in California. The stock cats flow good anyway. I wouldn't mess with anything.
