Took out the stang last night and took it up on the highway for about 15 miles or so, but I noticed that I was having a hi speed mis (not in mph, but in rpm). I was driving about 30 mph and felt it, dropped it down in to 2 gear, brought rpm's up and really noticed it.

Any Ideas?

I did hear my rockers clicking, could this be the problem? Plugs a little carbon fouled just from sitting in garage idling so much.

Does it feel like it is 'holding back' or does it make a slight popping from the exhaust when your foot is in it steady?

Could be lean surge.
If so, bump up the jets 2 or 3 sizes.

I'd do a plug check first, and if you see anything abnormal, pull the valve covers off and inspect the offending cylinder first.

May as well do a compression test while you are at it.
