higher pitched mufflers...

i really like the sound of my car right now with the x pipe. i really like the higher pitched noise rather than the low noise accompanied by flowmasters. right now iv got the stockers, but i want the car a little loude. which mufflers are going to make my car scream instead of a deep growl?

I got BBK long tube headers, O/R h pipe and american thunders and my car really screams at WOT over 4000 RPMs. Also, if you have cats on it will deepen the sound of the exhaust.

Theres a kid here in town who just put an off rd Xpipe with 2 chambered flows on and its sounds awsome!!Not the low rumble sound,a higher pitched hollow sound,,sound really good

iv got glass packs on my my car and a stock h pipe if i take my cats off will it scream anyone.....

When I got my exhaust done all the way back with o/r x-pipe, shorties and flows my exhaust tone had a low rumble kind of like the 4.6. I dumped the the exhaust right after the mufflers and now my car screams like a drag car.

Dynomax ultraflos or Bassani with an x pipe. Straight throughs sound much better with an x than a chambered muffler

bassani o/r X, 2 chamber flows and BBK shorty's, it sounds BADASS!!!!!!!!!

I got my tail pipes on and its still f'n loud as hell, even one of my supervisors at work who is a die hard Chevy guy complimented me on the sound of it, I'm considering dumps but it might be too loud for the cops...
