Exhaust (Mufflers), HC trap, reset to stock ECU settings.

LCA's maybe.

My only suggestion would be to find a Ford dealer in your area that sells and installs FRP products. You might be able to work with them and still keep the warranty if their doing the work.

I also have the same question, was thinking of a cold air intake, exhaust and computer flash. The thing holding me back is a disclaimer in the manual stating that any changes made to the intake or exhaust system can void the warrantee.

I think it's important to understand your rights as well as how your mods may affect your car & the warranty you have. Give this a read about the Magnuson-Moss Act:

http://www.dummies.com/WileyCDA/DummiesArticle/id-2669.html

For example, I plan on adding a blower in the next few weeks. I fully understand and accept the fact that if I crack a piston that I cannot expect my Ford warranty to cover the repair. However, if I have issues with the gas tank not filling up correctly, I fully expect, by law, to have Ford address it under warranty. Just understand what issue you may run into regarding warranty work and the mods you add. Also, having a good rapport with a local Ford service shop helps allot too.

As you can see from my sig, I have made a few mods. I recenly had my car serviced for brake rotor repair as a result of a stone getting caught between the pad and rotor. It was fully covered under warrenty even with my mods.
