what heads can i get on my 86 5.0 and how much lift can i get on my came with out killing my pistons.... if any one knows thanks

You will need to check PVC no matter what cam you select..heads will not be an issue. What will be an issue is if you pick a cam that the speed density set up on your car does not like...you will have to consider that as well as looking at PVC.

It wouldn't be the pistons that'll be killed, it'll be the valves in the heads.

i had a b cam that cleared but the heads had never been milled and i used stock thickness head gaskets.the speed density didn't like it though until i went to mass air.
