how much fab is needed to use one of the hx35? just the intake portion to the vam?

The hx has a split scroll housing which either needs to have the center portion removed or you have to run an external wastegate...you won't be able to control boost if you just bolt it on.

What are the Holset 35s with a single scroll and integral wastegate then? Am I thinking of an HX35W or HY35?

how much boost do you plan to run? i know i found a 2.3t that'll need a new turbo and i was just having thoughts as to the way i can go, i know that the garrett on the 2.3t shares the same bolt pattern as the holset but my main concern right now is finding a good page on how to strengthen the automatic tranny that's mated to the n/a 2.3 in the LX stangs.
