i finished swapping out my broken aod for a fresh '92 t5 tonight. its been over a year since ive driven with a stick and it shows. it is fun though once it gets going, seems so much faster than before and i didnt even really get on it tonight. still got a few little bugs to work out, the clutch disengages way too early, barely have to touch the pedal and its ready to go, and i need to get the reverse lights working (didnt get a harness with the trans, waiting on a switch with spade connectors instead of studs). and now i can finally have a sig without this guy:
