Home porting gt-40's. Who has done it?

I want to start porting some iron gt-40's for my car and I would like to see what experinces you had doing them. What mistakes did you make. Any tricks to make it easy on me. How close are the water jackets? Any info you have would be great.

On the site they really only have info on gt-40p and stock heads. I'm looking for some info on the gt-40. I want to make sure i done hit a water jacket or anything like that.
