These are simply wicked looking and I may get these for my next hood

Sorry this took so long to respond to. These are on a HO FiberTrends 5" cowl hood. The hood is dual layered, so I had to trim the underhood layer to get the re-enforcement plate attached to the bottom side of the hood. The red pins go where the normal hood "bump stops" would be. i got tired of rolling the dice too my hood popped a couple times in the last couple years held only by the safety latch scary ****! so i got UPR shelby polished hoodpins im happy as hell with them. I never wanted hoodpins on my car now i wouldnt have any other way hood dont move at any speed and ive grown to love the look.

thanks bro! i love them too! i never wanted to put hoodpins on my car but after my hood popped up a couple times only held by the safety latch. It scared me into buying hoodpins now they have grown on me to the point where i love them these UPR hoodpins are real nice great quality!
