HOOD RELEASE RELOCATION

yeah anyone know where to get a hood realease relocation. My friends stang hood pops open from the outside under the driver side door

why would someone want to be able to access the hood release outside the car?

why do you want this? (it might help with suggestions) - good luck.

it's only a cable with a handle that goes straight to the hood and bolts to the bottom of your steering column. If you really want to relocate the thing, just unbolt it, snake it out of the firewall, and bolt it anywhere you want.

or install a solenoid and trigger it with a switch and or an alarm programmable output.
Jeremy, i have no idea what he is asking. i had the impression that his friend could open the hood from OUTSIDE the car (like there was a hidden button in the rocker panel).
