Hood

Has anyone on here replaced their hood prop with gas struts? I've really been wating to do that. If anyone has any info, pleas share

A guy in our Mustang club replaced his with the ones from Redline Tuning. He said the instructions included were great and only took a few minutes to install.

I've seen them and they look really good.

I almost got the ones from Redline that Eric mentioned....Then I thought they might be more of a pain for working on it...I'm used to having the sides wide open....those would pork that...
So I decided not to get em...

DerekStangGT has them I think. He's over in the 4.6 section (2000 GT) but he could probably hook you up with some info and maybe a few pics. Good luck

I often wondered about that myself, but when I saw his car, they set far enough back they shouldn't really be in the way.
