Hooker LTs and Clutch Replacement

I will be installing Hooker LT headers soon and was wondering if it is possible to replace the clutch with them installed or will I have to remove them if I have to change the clutch? Thanks

Removal is not necessary.

Yes, you have to loosen one side at the minimum.
