LaserSVT - I get the meth at a local off road shop, do a 50/50 mix and the tank of meth lasts about a tank of gas with spirted driving. I have no before after numbers with the meth, but the car made 544/498 165's, RPM II, Steeda 19 cam, S trim with 3.3/8 pullies (14 psi) on the stock 93 bottom end.
Coast2CoaStang - Thanks! I have had my Fox for over 13 years.
hows that stock bottom end holding up to the boost? i was thinking of going 12 pounds for a little just to see what it'd do
Thanks allot, that really helped me make my decision.I must have mixed up two postsIm running 10 right now, i want two more pounds
stock block?Grover is running a dart block isn't he? I'll be running about 10 psi on my stock bottom end/clutch/T5, it's like pulling the pin on a realllyyyyy expensive grenade
Day one is in the bag!
I think the MR Freeze uses the blower vaccum to suck in the mix, I don't think it has a pump.
I kept hearing that you could use the widshield washer fluid but thought it had a detergent in it.it doesnt have a pump its is all vacume and boost operated. I use it and run a program in my EMS , if it see's high intake temps it doesnt run as aggresive as if it sees low intake temps, that way if the bottle ever goes empy i dont blows it all to hell.
the juice (i use ford motorcraft windshield wiper concentrate) cools the charge down by 100+ degres on my non intercooled setup and adds roughly 100hp , brings me from the high 500's into low 700 hp.
