horn not workiing...

welp i can see my horns are not hooked up, but i saw 2 cut wires hanging by the horn but the wires was running with the headlights and turnsignals wireing....i think it was black and red or orange wires,are these horn wires or foglight wires? i dont have foglights though... what color are the horn wires and where are the wires ran?

when i hit the horn botton i hear clicks but no beep

looked through diagrams and searched but couldnt find my answers

Dark Blue wires go to the horns.

ok so its a single blue wire...now does the wire run by itself or is it attached to a piece of the harness and branch off? also wire is the wire usually run? inside the fender straight to the horn or through the engine bay to the horns?

The wire runs along the fender apron along with another harness. Depending on the year it goes through either a two or eight pin black connector. In an 89 the wire tails out of the harness going to the driver's side head and fog lights.
