Horn

Whats up guys, my alarm was disabled and now my horn is gone is there anyway to get the Horn working but keep the alarm disabled? Thanks guys

You'll have to find where the horn wiring was tapped into for the alarm, probably near the relay, and solder back together.

The horn and cigarette lighter use the same fuse. Check to see if the cigarette lighter has power.

Also, If I was wiring up an alarn using a horn trigger, I'd excite the horn at the OEM horn relay. Ensure the OEM relay was not inadvertantly removed when the alarmw as pulled.

Forgot to add my locks are also disabled through the alarm system horn shindig.. Oyyvayyy electrical stuff is not my thing and I have to get this car inspected

Most installers grab the door-lock wires at the top of the driver kick panel. On a [non-factory] keyless car, if the relays are removed and the wires are not soldered back together (two OEM wires are cut for keyless entry installs), the locks will not work thereafter.

You can check those connectors for cut wires, or as an alternative, reinstall the relays into their sockets (so the common and Normally closed terminals are closed. You could just use a jumper wire instead of a relay. Same difference).
