My cars bottomed alot due to the speed bumps and my apartment complex. All of my exhaust bolts are tight as I can get them. But I have 2 horrible exhaust leaks. I know two cause one just developed a few days ago. I went almost 2 years with no exhaust leaks.

So whats the best route in fixing an exhaust leak? Its a Pypes Catted x. I just want to make sure all exhaust leaks are fixed when i take the car off of the jackstands. The leak is sounding like its in x-pipe area to front of the catback area. I only have 1 pair of jack stands.

Thanks in advance
Josh

PS Is there anything I can put in the areas where the pypes join together.

I would say loosen them and check alignment ::shrug::

Best to determine for sure where it is coming from before you start... you can usually get down there and listen and if u can reach under feel around the connections for the leak (don't touch them as they will be hot)
