I cant afford to do the whole h/c/i setup right now so Ive ordered an E-cam and a trickflow upper and lower street heat intake. What sort of power gains can I expect to see? I probably wont be able to do the heads until spring.

Thanks guys.

don't know...cams are not all created equal. What cam? are springs up to the task of a cam upgrade? Will the heads and intake make power where the cam does? Will the cam make power where the intake does? What intake? Questions are endless..you can't buy parts and throw them on hoping they make the car faster, the parts need to work together...or match each parts designed range. IMO I would do the heads first with an intake second...cam last.

I got the FRPP E303 camshaft and the trickflow street heat intake. I have heard many good things about both of these, and both are designed to add significant performance in the low to mid RPM range.

21 at the wheels sounds pretty good to me.

just do the intake now, save the cam swap for when you do the heads. the increase your gonna get with just the cam swap is hardly noticeable, believe me i did exactly what you did 2 years ago when my car was stock all it did was make the car louder. to me its not worth the work of tearing that far into the motor for and extra 10 hp

Well, you should already have GT40 heads and a Cobra intake...

Add the E-cam (find out how it wants to be put in, whether straight up or retarded or advanced a few degrees) and the TFS intake and you should see some gains. Also remember cam swaps arent as easy as an intake swap. Maybe wait until you do heads for the cam!
