Can we just get a couple of stickies for the frequently asked questions like:

GEAR's
CAI's
SHIFTER's

that way we can keep all of the questions in a thread and maybe someone will have the intelligence to go ahead and read the thread that's already on the page instead of posting another one of five a day. then when a thread is repeated it is locked and immediately linked to the sticky thread.

I think before being allowed to start a tech post (for maybe the first 10 startred threads)
they have to answer questions hidden in those sticky posts

It doesn't matter. Anyone looking for the answer to a question goes temporarily blind, except for one small part of their sight, which conveniently happens to be aimed at the "New Thread" button.

So true.

The only way it would work is if they need to read the Stickies before allowing to post.

The one I have been getting really irritated with in the last couple weeks is all the threads like this:

"Mac Str8t Shot !!!111 NEbody gotz one???/ 20hp WOW!!!1"

Everyday, the first page seems to be stained with at least 2-3 Mac Straight Shot threads. Sometimes only 2 posts apart. Couldn't the moron read down the front page to see that there are already posts about it?

How bout we accept that there are thousands of people on here and 1000s of new people everyweek.

If you do not need that thread or info contained in it, or do not want to respond, don't.

If you were standing at a car show, and someone wanted to know some information about a performance part, and asked you and a couple of guys for some advice, then you all looked at him like 'newbie', hand him a brochure and walk off. That is the same thing you are implying here.

We cannot help the fact you guys know everything already.. Just help out with the threads posted that you want to, and leave the ones you do not alone.

Alot of people do search, and some people just like to ask first person.
