How are you guys installing water temp and oil pressure gauges?

I've got some gauges in the car, but I'm having a hard time figuring out where to install the sensor/sending units to the gauges.

Specifically, I've got a water temp and an oil pressure gauge I'd like to use, but I have NO idea where to put the sending units.

Does anyone have any ideas?

for water: there is a convenient coolant
plug, on the driver side of the engine block,
you can see it from under the car


for oil: you can tee off the factory sender
location and remote mount your oil pressure
sender
