Stock 2.25! lol... I am still debating on if I want an aftermarket exhaust or not. Really would like to get these polished up though...

use mothers mag and aluminum paste polish and a rag... wipe it on, and buff it out... it'll dissolve all that road tar on your tips and make them look better than new... i used it on the stockers and it worked great, now i use it on my 3" mac ss tips and it keeps em nice... on a side note, do any of you have discoloration on their tips? mine are starting to turn on the edge of the tip safter a couple of years with the o/r/ H... it just gets so hot i would burn mysle fon the tips whereas stock they were plenty cool

I'm getting 3" put on this Wed. , they are 16" long so they won't look gay by being really short. They should be a big improvement over the 2.25" I have on right now. lol

BTW Do any of you guys run straight pipes??? Does it help or hinder performance???

Is it a solid color paint job, or is there some kind of "ghost" effect ?it looks like it in some of the pics.

And I think we have the same headlights, but you might have the ones that have two halos.

I was running no mufflers and no cats for a few months.

Obnoxiously loud, especially with turndowns. It lost ALOT in the low RPM range, but on the highway it would get up really fast.

Anyone have the mac tail pipes?
http://www.macperformance.com/store/product1.cfm?SID=3&Product_ID=74

Thinking about putting those on my car. Getting tired of the dumps.

I was thinking about those when i dumped my flowmaster set up, but I went with the bassanis cause I was afraid of seeing that ugly black part of the pipe. Shortly after I made my decsion I came across a car with those and my fears were justified, as you could see the black portion of the pipe right by the rear wheel well. Not a pretty sight in my eyes.
