Yes, I DD My mustang. almost everyday.

Some people like to compare my car and Sleeper04's as far as detailing goes..... But how many miles did Sleeper04 put on the cobra in '09?

Heck, this last year I took my mustang on a 1200 mile road trip across the state of california...and Did a full detail before & after the trip.

I dd my 99 Cobra but haven't washed it in a couple of weeks. I haven't thrown the PC 7424 on there in a couple of months mainly because we've had alot of pollen here lately. But that's seemed to have died down so I plan on ordering a few things at autogeek this week.

Too clean is when you don't want to drive it because you are afraid it will get dirty. These are normal cars, they are meant to be driven and enjoyed regularly. I don't think any of us have a mustang that is so rare and valuable that it needs to be kept from the weather.

I do, its a rotary engine w/a type R racing badge, Ford made 1 and half, they made them stop through the second one b/c they wanted me to have the only fully made one.

About 2500 if you need to know. I don't really think it matter how many miles are put on it to be honest. I would still keep my car the same way if it was a DD, just like you. It is obvious that we both care about our Stangs. You have always done an outstanding job on your car and I think it would be just as clean if you drove it 20K miles every year.

I could never drive my car daily because of my job. I drive between 70K and 90K every year for work and the miles would add up really quick! LOL....

Good thing I have a company car.

There is absolutely no such thing as too clean! When I'm at home for Summer and Winter break, at the very minimum I wash my car once a week. Most of the time I will wash, and vacuum the interior, wax every month, and do a full detail every few months. Unfortunately at school my car sits outside in a gravel lot in the alley behind my house where dirt gets kicked up when people drive by. It stays clean for about a day before it gets a thin layer of dust on it, and about 3 days before it looks filthy again. I try to wash it maybe once a month (more often when the weather is nice), and detail it once every trimester. I can't wait to get out of Savannah in June so I can feel like my car is safe again, and clean.

I wash the exterior whenever its nice on the weekend. I dont drive it if its raining. Always park on the other side of the lot. I like to keep it pretty damn clean.
The interior has to be spotless and vacuumed. Empty too. Nothing on the floor or seats. NOTHING RATTLING AROUND ANYWHERE!!!! NO F*&*(&G FOOD OR DRINKS!!!!!!
