How do I fix the tranny leak?

I was under the car tightening up a swaybar bolt and noticed red fluid all around the tail of the tranny where the driveshaft slides in. There was a drip waiting to fall to the ground.

1. go to dealership or part store and buy seal
2. remove driveshaft (12mm bolts)
3. replace seal
4. re-install drive shaft
