I want to make more Hp and I heard that Solid Lifters make more the Roller Lifters
I have a Bennett racing 306 cid. A4 block: Steel Crank: Eagle Rods: and JB pistons: TFS high port heads: 42# injectors: GT40 Intake: BBK 70mm Throttle body and a Pro-M mass Air: Vortex R-Trim 18lbs. Cog Belt. Shorty Headers with high flow cats and Balora exhaust.
Besides SL I want to put bigger valves in the heads. I also have a inter-cooler but it was a DIY kit and my R-Trim discharge faces to the back of the car and it would be a jigsaw puzzle to install it! Does anyone want to trade for a Twin Turbo? My goal is to make as close to 1000 hp. as I can. So, because it’s a convertible I don't go to the track it's just a street car. I don't drive it as a daily driver either so fuel economy doesn't matter.
Got any suggestions?

for 4 digit power, seems to me turbos are the ticket. and you're gonna need bigger injectors of course...

if you were to start with a 351 based block, stroked to say 393 or something, you could get there more easily ... just a thought. 500 horses naturally aspirated is not too hard with one of those. then add 14 lbs of boost and you are there.

at those power levels though, things start to get pretty pricey.

in either case, that is gonna be sick ... i hope you have a roll cage on that vert.

Stroker kit switch to long tubes windage tray and crank scraper.Lose your mufflers and cats if you still have them.I think a big wet cheater shot of nos would be the cheapest way.

Apparently my ex-husband made that mistake.

I don't think the solid roller is going to help you much. Of course, I've never built a 1000hp plus engine, so I don't know. But usually the solid rollers are used to make more power at higher rpm. If you have a blower, the rpm really isn't an issue.

I would just shoot for 500-600hp and spend the rest of your time/money trying to put as much of that power as possible to the ground. You'll find that it's nearly impossible with a streetable 94-95 mustang. Driving around town on giant slicks is super redneck, not to mention they won't help much without them being clean, warmed up and pressured down.
