I got a really nice set of valve covers for really cheap and wanna make them fit. They are fabbed aluminum with a billet rail and no holes in them. I picked up a Breather setup and drilled one for it. then I go to install them and realize the metal hardlines for the fuel rail feed wont clear in the front! But I knew there was a fix for that... I could use these http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=RUS%2D651104&N=700+400081+315885+115&autoview=sku

So that leads me to one more problem... Now how can I mount a fuel pressure guage? I thought maybe I could run sn95 fuel rails because they have the schrader port on them instead of on the feed line. but it says those fuel lines only work for 86-93 rails.... Now im lost!

What setup can I run that will allow me to use soft lines in the front for valve cover clearance but also allow me to use a fuel pressure guage? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

ok I think I am confused. Am I understanding that your valve covers are interfering with your fuel lines coming up from the bottom of the engine compartment.

If that is all it is, loosen the head bolt that has the fuel line bracket. Remove the attachement and replace the bolt. Then you should be able to move the lines where you need them to be

Did you take them loose from the head like I mentioned?

By the way, if there is not enough gap between the valve cover and altenator for the lines to at least sit in then the covers will not work.
