Remove the bell crank from the stock throttle body and install it on the explorer TB. Also the TPS mounting holes will need to be opened up to mount on the explorer TB, as the explorer TPS screw holes are farther apart. Also, the upper intake will need to be opened up to 65mm to ensure smooth airflow.
yep either take the butterfly mount and widen it up to make room for the bigger throttle blade, or cut the cable mount on the bottom, cut it off and cut off the cable mount off the stang and weld it on, swap over the tps off the stang unit, set it at .90-.99, the valvecover vent pipe tube, if you want this you will have to drill a hole in the exploder tb, adn swap the stock neck off the stang tb, and put it in, I dont run one, I just have a breather filter on the nipple, and it does just fine, just take your time and do it right and you wont be disapointed!!
