How do i post a video/sound clip??

I got my SLP exhaust completed over the weekend and would like to share it with :SNSign:. How do i go about doing this. Also i am going to be using a digital camera to do this, if that matters.

you need to upload the vid to your computer. then create an account with an on-line hosting site (youtube, putfile, etc.) Then you upload the video from your computer to the site, (will take a few minutes) and will be given a link to the video.
